Community Rugby for Malton RUFC – two players from Australia have now been sponsored to play for Malton RUFC and provide training in the local community. This is a two year project.

Malton Junior Rugby = Presley Carr who broke his leg severely whilst playing a match for Malton is to receive Physio at Jack Berry House to rebuild the strength in his leg.
Hopefully he will be back playing for Malton soon.

Sierra Leone – More amputee limbs have gone out to Sierra Leone to help the children who have suffered from Ebola. The Trust was delighted to be able to send out shirts and shorts, bibs, footballs and tennis balls to this very worthy cause.

India – One of Sam’s friends, Phil McKechnie, who has gone out to work in India and has taken a bag of cricket kit to donate to one of the schools in need. (Pictures of Phil with the children on Sam Stephenson Facebook page)

Future projects include:

More kit going out to India in January with Haydon Jackson, who is taking a lot of Yorkshire cricket tops too for primary school children.

Malawi – New Year parcel to be delivered. Request for tennis balls to be sent has already prompted quite a response on facebook.
